• Two night minimum at weekends - ask for exceptions if within one week of stay
• Full payment required to secure room
• Cancellations with more than 14 days notice are refundable less 10% handing charge (holidays excluded)
• Cancellations with less than 14 days notice or for holiday weekends forfeit entire payment unless room is let
• If booking the entire inn a 30 day cancellation period is required with $20 for any changes to the reservation
• For group bookings, a deposit for $750 by cheque will hold the booking.
• 10% occupancy tax not included

Check in is 4pm and check out is 11am.
